Giving You the Best Experience
We love all of our clients at Cloud Nine Salon, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our salon. That’s why we have set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Cancellation fees: If you are to cancel your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice you will be charged 50% of the service cost. If you are to no show your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service cost. This means you will not be able to book your next appointment until the cancellation fee is paid.
